What an exciting conference Cut to the Heart was this year! Our prayer is that God will use this conference to, “cut to our hearts” as He sets us apart to be the Godly women He created us to be.

If you had told Jessica that she would grow up and become a missionary, she would have thought you were totally insane. After landing in New York City in 2004 with pennies in her pocket and big shiny champagne dreams. Jessica Gravelle immersed herself in everything that the city had to offer. She partied at the hottest nightclubs, climbed the corporate ladder, rubbed elbows with celebrities and people of power, and used her body and sexuality as a source of control and power.On the outside, it seemed she had it all but on the inside there was a nagging loneliness and emptiness. Something deeper that just couldn’t be filled by another expensive handbag or more alcohol.
This lifestyle went on for several years until the emptiness became unbearable and in desperation Jessica walked into the doors of a church in downtown Manhattan. It was there that she heard the best news in the world. The news that Jesus Christ loves her (like really really loves her) and that he wants to give her a new life of freedom and joy. The news that Jesus offers her forgiveness from her most shameful mistakes and that he offers a real relationship with himself that would forever change the trajectory and focus of her life. Within a few months, Jessica surrendered her life to Jesus and she was never the same.
