Discipleship and Missions

God called me to Himself, I accepted the gospel, and Jesus saved me at an early age.  My family was very involved in church growing up, but it was during highschool that God really became Lord of my life.  I met my lovely wife Jen in college. About a year after we were wed, we moved from Georgia to North Carolina to accept a position at Teen Valley Ranch Christian Camp.  Our daughter Emma was born a few years later and after seven years at the camp, we moved to Marion and began a photography business. We joined Grace a little over twelve years ago and I’ve been on staff for the last three years, serving Life Groups and overseeing state and international missions.

We are so blessed to be a part of this church and to experience God moving in our lives and the lives of others.  I am looking forward to what God has in store for Grace and for our family. I believe whole-heartedly with Paul’s words to the Philippians that “..he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.”  To paraphrase — He ain’t done with me or you yet!
