Join us on Monday, 6:30-7:30pm and Wednesday, 2:00-2:30pm for an awesome group exercise class right here at Grace. We’ll sweat it out to Praise & Worship music with different class styles every week- trained instructors, your pace, all levels welcome!!

Interested in joining a new walking club we’re launching in September? Focused on correcting and lengthening stride and led by professional therapists, the Spirited Striders will launch with hands-on training and meet weekly. This is a great opportunity for all- from those with limited mobility to regular runners.

- GraceFRESH – We’re making changes to honor our bodies with fresh, healthy foods. Could your family’s eating habits use a revamp, too? Join us on Wellness Wednesdays, every week from 2:00-3:30pm, where we come together to provide the community with opportunities that encourage healthy living.

3:00pm- Healthy cooking demo
3:30pm- Fresh produce & food pantry distribution
- GraceCONNECT – Working to connect people and opportunities, we are raising awareness about our community’s health, promoting change and empowering families.
Sign up to participate in our new COACH program and earn rewards for taking steps towards a healthier you. Each wellness activity you attend from week to week- whether it be through GraceFit or GraceFresh- will be tracked on your progress card. When your card is full, redeem it at Grace for home goods, community vouchers and other great incentives!
